Indicator was established in 1990. It is one of one of the oldest market research agencies on the Polish market. In 2016 Indicator joined .Quality network. We provide countrywide both quantitavie and qualitative methods of data collection.
We meet the highest quality standards and received the Polish quality certificte (PKJPA) for the following types of survey: face-to-face (PAPI and CAPI), telephone (CATI), online (CAWI) and qualitative (focus groups and individual in-depth interviews).
Indicator.Quality has its own CATI studio in Warsaw and own online access panel (for CAWI surveys). We have expertise in all sectors and all types of target groups (B2B and B2C).
